Parts and Service Warranteed Webcats provides limited warrantees on parts and service. Manufacturer Warrantees Manufacturer's warrantee applies to RF materials (radio, antenna, mount & cabling) only. Customer pays all shippipng costs associated with replacement of equipment. Typical manufacturer warrantees on Webcats installed radio products include 1yr for workmanship and materials. Antenna and cabling warrantees are typically 30day and are not covered for impact, drop, water, storm or lightning damage. Exclusions Routers, hubs, switches, network cards, internal wireless LANs and other "backside" network devices are not included in Webcats installation warrantee. Webcats neither installs, sells nor supports "backside" LAN systems without first having an extended service agreement from the customer. Extended Service Agreements Webcats offers extended service warrantees to its residential & commercial clients. Service contracts for routers, network cards and other "backside" LAN systems are also available for home, office or factory. Materials are not included in service warrantees.
